Education

Education volunteers share their love of nature by leading hikes for schools, scouts, the public, and private groups, or joining our board to help guide us in our mission. (print-friendly volunteer description)

• Volunteer Naturalist  - Lead public and school programs, scout badges, Summer Science Camps and other nature hikes.
• Canoe Guides - Lead groups to explore the marsh and river by canoe.
• Public Events & Outreach - Assist at events such as the Great Backyard Bird Count, Earth Day, Estuaries Day, and other Special Events.
• Education Advisory Committee – serve on our board to help guide the direction and mission of our education program.
