Spring Wildflower Hike

Spring time is upon us! Come join Katy and Tessa, two of Jug Bays Lead Volunteers and plant enthusiasts, as we trek through the Jug Bay Sanctuary Proper in search of Spring Beauties, Pink Lady Slipper Orchids, Ephemeral Wildflowers, and many other floral wonders!  This event has limited availability and fills up fast so please register early! Please dress accordingly with proper hiking boots and long pants as well as face masks. Don’t forget to bring bottles of water, light snacks, as well as your phones or cameras! There will be a brief 10 minute presentation outside the Visitor Center followed by a 90 minute hike. Ages 12 and older. Fee: $5.00 per person + $6 vehicle entrance fee if not a member of the Friends of Jug Bay. All proceeds support the many educational and conservation efforts of The Friends of Jug Bay.
