National Take A Hike Day

Monday, November 17th is National Take a Hike. In celebration, spend the morning exploring an unfamiliar trail by taking a guided hike with a Park Ranger or a Volunteer Naturalist. Enjoy the changing of the seasons and spending time in Nature.

Explore the amazing woodlands and unique wildlife with Jug Bay Volunteer Naturalist, Mike Quinlan, during a 2-3 mile hike at our Glendening Nature Preserve. We will look for signs of Fall and observe the natural changes taking place. Leashed dogs are welcome. Open to all ages that can walk 2-3 miles at a casual pace.
