Join us on Mondays from 8-10 am at the Jug Bay Farm Preserve (JBFP) to work on our pollinator gardens. To beat the heat we will meet 8-10 am through Sept 14th. After Sept 14th we will meet 9-11 am. We will be learning about native plants and their pollinators as we work to create more spaces for them to thrive. Volunteers will be weeding out invasive plants to provide more habitat for native species, and other gardening tasks. Bring gardening gloves and plenty of drinking water. Ages:12 and up. Cost: free. Walk-ins welcome!
Proceed through the driveway gate about 1 mile to second house, and park there.
We are complying with county and state guidelines regarding COVID-19: wear a mask, maintain social distance of 6 feet, gatherings are limited to 10 people, and we recommend bringing hand sanitizer or sanitizing wipes for personal use.
