Citizen Science Summit

Join our annual Jug Bay Citizen Science Summit to learn about the current citizen-led herpetological research occurring at Jug Bay Wetlands Sanctuary. Featured projects will include our Eastern Box Turtle Habitat & Population Study, Eastern Box Turtle Telemetry, Vernal Pool Monitoring, and Salamander Road Crossing Surveys. All on-site research accomplishments are achieved by our outstanding and dedicated volunteer community at Jug Bay Wetlands Sanctuary. As part of the registration fee, attendees will enjoy a thematic keynote address (speaker TBA), detailed presentations on the listed programs, coffee, snacks, and a full lunch.
