Critter Clue Quest: Track Trek

Become a wildlife detective in this fun and mysterious ranger-led program! Even when animals stay hidden, they leave clues behind- and one of the best clues are their footprints. In this hands-on adventure, young explorers will investigate the similarities and differences between local animals by studying their tracks. Kids will learn how to identify tracks, discover how animals move, and make their own plaster prints using track molds. Then we’ll practice walking quietly like wildlife researchers and head out on a short hike to the newly-renovated Marsh Boardwalk to search for real signs of Jug Bay’s hidden residents.
